Serbian midfielder Nemanja Matic may be closer to joining Manchester United than first thought after he appeared to be snapped in a United training shirt.

The picture that emerged on social media on Sunday appeared to show the 28-year-old wearing a United training shirt with the number 31 printed on it, the number previously worn by Bastian Schweinsteiger before his move to Chicago fire.
Chelsea are believed to have reluctantly agreed to let the Serb reunite with former boss Joe Mourinho at Old Trafford in a £40m move.
The 'Blues' were hoping that they would be able to sell the player abraod and therefore avoid strengthening a domestic rival. However, Italian champions Juventus failed to put together an acceptable package, thus clearing the path for the player to make the move to Manchester.
The photo in question appeared to have been sent to someone in Serbia, who claims to have 'first hand information' about the move.
