Chelsea believe Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan will be incoming manager Antonio Conte’s first signing.

Conte is looking to improve the Blues' flagging midfield and is expected to sign Nainggolan before Euro 2016
Sources
close to Nainggolan believe the deal will be completed before Euro
2016, after which the 27-year-old will join up with his new club for
pre-season.
The swoop for Nainggolan leaves question marks over Nemanja Matic’s role at Stamford Bridge next season.
Matic has struggled for form this season and could make way.
Nainggolan began his career with Piacenza having played youth football for Germinal Beerschot in his homeland.
The
midfielder, easily recognisable on the football field with his tattoos
and distinctive hairstyle, later moved to Cagliari in 2010 and caught
the eye during 130 appearances over a four-year spell.
Nainggolan then moved to Roma in 2014 and has made more than 100 appearances for the Serie A side.
